I had some library books and other items to drop at Tony's, so I dug out an old pannier and clamped it on the bike.  I haven't used it since I stopped commuting to work.  I had forgotten about needing to lift my leg more when dismounting so I snagged it a couple of times and almost wiped out.  It would have been funny to watch.

Nice day.  Good ride.  Had a short conversation with Tony and then started home, stopping by the croquet green where Susan was playing.  Watched for a few minutes, then to the bagel store and home.
