Another sunny Sunday by the sea.  After a climb up to the University I had a nice glide down to Willows Beach.  I took a 10 minute break and watched paddle boarders in wet suits, sailboats and a handful of young people frolicking in the freezing water.  Such fun.  Another climb up through the golf course followed by another glide down to sea level.  A 25 meter climb got me home.  Lots of ups and downs today.
