After missing a ride on a warm sunny Sunday, I knew I had to get out today before the weather turns.  I haven't cycled since mid September because of Susan's hip replacement.  I didntt want to ride just before in case something stupid happened and I couldn't take care of her.  But she's doing well so I decided to go.  It's so easy to become a sloth and make excuses.  Today the hills seemed steeper but I got in a ride.
