My cold has mostly run it's course and I felt well enough for a ride today.  There was a smoke warning from the fire west of the city.  And even though there was a south-west wind I didn't smell anything.  There was a perfect Canadian scene that I didn't take a picture of...wish I had...of two male deer battling it out next to the statue of Terry Fox at Mile '0' of the Trans-Canada Hwy.
