It was a very short first ride this year.  My last ride was in October and I have been shockingly sedentary since then.  A lot of sitting, first on our cruise for most of November.  Then down in Seattle for 3 weeks, and when we got back home the weather turned.  Sure, I could have gotten out but I chose to walk instead of cycle.  Paying for it now.  I only averaged 16.2 kph and did not feel good at any point.  The next one will be better.
