Susan was visiting her sister in Vancouver so I took the opportunity to go on a lunch ride with Tony. We parked near Royal Oak and went up the Lochside to the airport. On the way back we stopped for a burger at Mitchels Farm. It was one of my longest rides of the year and the first ride on the Specialized. The fitness is returning.
