So today I feel like I've been beaten with a sack of rocks.  Yesterday's ride was going quite well until I made a bad decision at some diagonal railway tracks on Esquimault Road.  Luckily I landed on my head.  Possibly a minor concussion.  I certainly have mixed memories of getting to the gorge tressle and realizing I was going the wrong way, stopping and phoning Tony for a ride home.  Good decision.  Road rash on the left knee, elbow, hip and shoulder.  Left hand is bruised and not very functional and my left shoulder is killing me.

We'll make a better decision next time across those tracks.
