A new ride!  A couple of weeks ago we rode up to north Sidney and stopped at a park.  I was interested to see how much more we could have gone, so I took a drive up there a few days later.  I found a connection to Wain Road, which crosses the peninsula and has bike lanes.  So today we parked at Lochside Park and headed north.  We continued up the lochside to the turnoff to the ferry terminal.  Not that interesting and bloody steep.  Won't be tempted to do that again.

So, back to the overpass to Wain Road.  There was some climbing and then a nice downhill on West Saanitch Road to Patricia Bay.  We got on the airport bike path and back to Sidney.  A good new route.
