So when's the +15c gonna happen

I was looking forward to today's ride. Overnight lows were above freezing and the high was supposed to be +15 degreees. So what happened? It was damned cold when I rode between 9 and noon. I was heading back from Headingly and saw a sign in the city that said it was +4c. Big bloody deal. When it finally got nice I was on my deck BBQing a steak at 6pm. Geez. Oh well, another ride in the books.
