The weather has turned. Spring has sprung. Tony encouraged me to get off my ass and get out for a ride today. It was nice. I was stronger than I expected. I also rode the Specialized and it takes a lot less effort that the 29er with knobby tires. Glad I went.
Golf tomorrow. Physio on Friday. Maybe another ride on the weekend.
